Place An Order
Place an Order
All customers must present a copy of, or include
with the order form, a valid Resale Certificate
or Wholesale Business Tax ID Number
from New York State. For those outside of New
York State, including international buyers, please
supply us with an equivalent document, such as
a Seller's Permit or Sales
Tax License issued by the state where
your business is located or another form of proof
of your business license/jewelry-related business
status.

Shipping 
All shipping is via U.P.S.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Standard Delivery : If not specified, the default shipping methods are through UPS Ground.------- Freight charges : Includes shipping, handling and insurance, and will be added to every shipment based on the shipping carriers' rate schedule. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- For orders under the minimum purchase of $50.00, an additional $5.00 handling fee will be charged. Back order shipments are considered a separate shipment from the original order. Freight charges will be added to every back order shipment.--------------------------------------------------------- Returns and Exchanges : In case of a merchandise return, the customer must pay for all shipping fees. Exchanges are considered a return of the previously shipped order, followed by the processing of a separate, completely new order. Customers need to pay both return freight and the new order's outgoing freight.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * Delivery Delay: Although not a daily occurrence, there might be occasional delays due to a number of reasons. We cannot guarantee and are not responsible for shipping carriers' actual delivery time as we have no control over their operation.
